Extensive Legal and Litigation Experience

Rick Virnig has been practicing law for over 30 years and has a broad based legal and litigation background that includes government, corporate and private legal and litigation experience. As a former criminal prosecutor, national product liability defense attorney and private litigator, including business litigation, commercial litigation, personal injury litigation, professional disciplinary boards and criminal defense litigation, Rick has an extensive litigation background in a wide variety of legal matters in both state and federal court.

Rick has personally litigated over 50 civil and criminal trials to jury verdict in both state and federal court. As a result of his broad-based litigation experience and his extensive litigation experience, Rick has also been selected to serve as an instructor with the National Institute of Trial Advocacy (NITA) teaching other lawyers litigation skills and techniques.

Rick has counseled a wide variety of clients, including other attorneys, medical doctors, psychiatrists, psychologists, law enforcement personnel, business owners and executives. In addition, Rick has helped people in all walks of life defend themselves in criminal matters in state and federal court.
